Are Q trainers 6&7 much more difficult than Q trainer 1-5? Also, is the diagnostic test comparable to the readiness test or is the readiness test much more difficult. I am scoring the mid to high 60's on everything right now. Only Q trainer 6,7 and readiness left to take and nclex is six days away!! I really dont know if I should re schedule.

The diagnostic and the readiness are similar.
As far as Q Trainers 6 and 7 being harder, it's how your brain works. For me, those were the kinds of things that were easier, and what I found more of on the NCLEX (just found out I passed today!). I actually did better on 6 & 7, but prioritization and delegation are concepts that I understand well. I only received my ATT last Friday and took the exam Wednesday. I still had 6 & 7 to take, so I took those back to back this past weekend, and scored 65% and 66% (something like that). If you're scoring in the 60s, you'll be fine! I had a couple of Q Trainers in the high 50s, and passed in 75 questions. Don't psych yourself out! Also, I found that the questions from Kaplan were harder than the NCLEX questions.
Good luck!

Here are my scores for the ones Ive done so far. I test next friday:
Q#1= 52
Q#2= 63
Q#3= 59
Q#4 = 63
Q#5 = 63
63 seems to be my magic number so far. Q bank score was a 60% with 100% completed. Readiness was a 62 with diagnostic a 55.
I dont know, still havent hit the magic 65 on anything and I have 1 week left. Ive also been doing the Lacharity book which I like.

I recently took and passed the NCLEX using Kaplan and I had similair scores to the ones posted. I also thought about rescheduling, but then decided to go ahead with the test and I couldn't be more happy that I did! Just keep doing practice questions and reading rationales and you will be fine! Good luck!

do u think qtrainers are good enough? or i should do qbanks too ??
Definitely both. Having the ability to create your own exams every day is really nice. You can choose how many questions they are (so if I only had time for 15 questions while my son got ready for bed, I could do it that way). Plus, it exposes you to that much more material, and that many more little tricks.
