Providence TIP Program January 2021

Anyone heard back from any Providence hospital? I had my panel interview with Saint John’s (Santa Monica) a week ago and haven’t heard back. My application status still says “Interview Scheduled”. Just wanna know if they have started sending out offers/rejections already. TIA! 

Haven't heard anything yet. I interviewed last Tuesday for providence in Apple Valley. I heard there is a portal change? Anybody have a portal change?

I also interviewed with Providence in Apple valley last week. My portal changed today to telemetry but I’ve not received any calls or emails. What about you? Did you see an update? I know some people got rejections on Wednesday. Fingers crossed we made it!!

For St. Joe's Orange my portal changed on a Monday and I got an offer call on 3 days later on Thursday! Also, has anyone in the cohort on Jan 18th made a FB page to connect?

Update: my portal just changed to "Interview Complete" ? the suspense is real LOL

My portal did update too! Still no word from Providence though. Did the people who got rejected portals change to "no longer being considered" or did they receive an email? Maybe the portal change means we got it? Hopefully

They received an email. I’m not sure if they checked their portal though and I don’t want to ask since I’m sure they are kind of down about the rejection email.

My portal changed first. The generic new grad application changed to withdrawn, and the new unit was posted as an application which said “interview complete- under consideration.” I received an call/job offer two days later.

Two days before I received a call with an offer for Mission Hills my portal changed to under consideration for a specific unit and the new grad app was withdrawn. Everybody else I know that got offers got this too! I have not heard of anyone getting rejected with this!

Mine doesn’t have “under consideration” after the “interview complete”, trying not to get my hopes up so hopefully they can update it again soon. 

Do you think they are going to do calls over the weekend or maybe Monday?

I would assume they’ll start calling on Monday since they just changed the portal on Friday. Does your status say Interview Complete as well?
