International Graduate Requirements for Nevada RN
take the PTE (pearson test of english) for NV NCLEX application. it's an easier test & i would say very fair compared to toefl. apply online just google pte, pay & schedule your english test. find a testng center near you or you must be willing to travel if not close by. but i tell you, this a much better english test than toefl! plus you get your results the next morning or w/in 24 hrs.

plan of study to the nursing board
hello again kc_1992 bsn. thanks for your reply!so basically, just sending a letter with detailed plan of study is enough to get another chance for att. but it is up to the candidate when to say you are ready for it. i'm thinking of applying to another state like hawaii (they have unlimited attempts for the nclex). let me know when you are going to take the test. thanks & goodluck...

plan of study to the nursing board
hi kc 1992, BSN....i'm in the same boat like you. were you able to get a format for the study plan? can you please let me know how you did it? thanks. you need to submit study plan to: The Director of Nursing Education at [email protected] to present and discuss your study plan with her. The Director of Nursing Education must approve your study plan before you are allowed to test again.

Transfer RN License from Nevada to CA
yes, if you take your nclex and failed it, you have to pay another application fee of $100 to NV plus a new set of fingerprints since it will only be valid for 6 months to be able to get a new att & retake the nclex.

International Graduate Requirements for Nevada RN
I took my 1st try on nclex last march & failed! now in the process of reviewing to try for a 2nd shot. Currently in the process of applying again to NV BON. Same procedure - you have to send application & ck pmt of $100. Btw, im residing in the Philippines. I just learned that I have to do another fingerprinting again because the 1st one i did was only valid for 6 months! omg, so expensive to apply for nclex. Fortunately, my CGFNS CES report & my PTE (english test result) are still valid (i think they're good for 2 yrs?). Just have to pay NV BON & fingerprints then pay Pearson Vue to get my att. Question: anybody out there have the same case as me? Need guidance on the fingerprinting---can u do the prints here then send to NV? My first fingerprints last year was done in NV via livescan since i was there visiting. Any comments/help regarding this will be much appreciated! thanks... :)

Just a piece of an advise for the english test----forget toefl it's hard to get the passing esp the speaking...it's a money machine---they just suck your money to taking the exam again & again....better take the PTE (pearson test of english) much better exam & quick results too! NV accepts PTE.
