Hi! I am already on the full assessment and application stage. I am on the process of accomplishing the downloadable bar coded forms and already submitted my uploaded documents. However by mistake, I uploaded a blank page instead of a copy of my Registration Certificate. It was really not my intention to pass a blank document, it was due to some technical problems with my computer. I hope I am not gonna have problems with this one. Do you think NMC will notify me to upload a new copy? Thanks

Hi everyone! I am also aspiring to work as UKRN í ½í¸€ I am currently in the Full Assessment and Application Stage, but still on the process of accomplishing the necessary requirements. I am done with the Referee 1 & 2 forms, as well as the Good Health Declaration. My school is still on the process of making my TOR and RLE records ☺ I also want to ask about the form to be given to PRC. Anyone here knows where should I forward the form the PRC should accomplish? Would it be better if I myself will be the one to send it to NMC instead of the PRC? Thaaaanks
