Motivation running low
While it's sometimes hard to find time to do so, try taking a break for a few days and doing something else to get your mind off of it. Perhaps you will come back feeling more refreshed

Varicella titer
I would definitely get the varicella titer again. It is not uncommon to have an equivocal result and it can come back positive the second time even if it wasn't the first time. Also, the varicella vaccine is safe but, as a live vaccine, does always carry some mild risks of complications. It sounds like time is of the essence, though. I've had a good experience with this varicella titer website: Varicella Titer Near You - Chicken Pox Titer Blood Test | Accesa Labs ® They say it takes longer to get the varicella test results but the turnaround time was 2 days. Good luck with getting it all squared away!

ER Nurses: Do you think you can work in another specialty??
ER gets old after a while, especially if you work in a busy center (especially with trauma). It's fun to see a lot of different things when you get started but dealing with angry patients and risking getting a stuck with an infected needle is not good. Maybe I just had a bad shift...

MMR vaccination vs. titer?
As said above, you can get the MMR vaccine a bunch of times but, if your immune system does not "learn" that your are immune to MMR, you are not considered protected against MMR. The MMR titer actually shows that your body has antibodies against MMR. BTW, if you need an MMR titer for a pretty good price and don't want to waste time with a doctor's appointment, check out this website.

has anyone tried accesa labs?
Uhhh... I'd say their legit. I needed an MMR titer asap. Ordered online, got my lab order immediately, got tested the next morning and had results in 3 days. Most of my friends in my nursing program have had the same experience as well.
