This morning the NMC asked me to send a new form of Saudi verification because it was outdated as they said. The form was filled by the SCFHS last september 29,2016 although I attached the Certificate of good standing that I took before I made my final exit last February 28, 2016. My problem is that it is hard to obtain those forms especially if you are out of the kingdom. It is done personally. Do they really need updated certificate of good standing? :(

Hi Rich, I have the same condition. However, we dont have geriatric ward in the Philippines and I dont know what to do next. what did you do because they are requesting additional reference form.

Hi sofiabear, we have the same situation. I saw that my last document sent Sep 29, was marked "This document has been received". What do you mean as scanned document? was it the ones you sent through the post? or the ones submitted through the portal?

Hi Klare and phurple, we are in the same situation. All of my documents were submitted to the NMC september 26 and 29. However, nothing appeared on my portal. I will wait until Tuesday before I call them. Hopefully, everything is okay. :)

Hi. Maybe you can call the SCFHS regarding that matter or ask help from your collegues who are still in KSA to go to their office so thar you can acquire the certificate. In my situation, before I had my final exit our employer had given us all our certificates that we needed.

Maybe you could try it again on a different day and if it still the same better call the NMC

I went to the National Commission for Filipino Muslim yesterday :) May I also ask how much did you pay for the Saudi Health Council? and how much your friend pay for the courier? I read in one post that one nurse took the envelope and had it send through a courier which could also be found in the same bldg of SCFHS? your reply would be a great help for me... Thanks so much

Hi! When did you took your exam? I took it last August 22 and still don't receive an email from the nmc and I cannot proceed to the next step. I checked my pearsonvue and I pass. Something is wrong with the system.

Ah I see sweetisay! Thanks for that confirmation I guess I have to ask my friends to help me during this process. This is really overwhelming as we have a lot to do. Anyway, I find this site very helpful to process my nmc.

I am planning to do what you did with Saudi Council verification. But I would like to ask if do I still need to include the certification from the Saudi council the gray one which is written in arabic? Or I only need the COGS and the blank form?

Hi! I am currently processing my documents for the NMC. I worked in Saudi Arabia for 2 yrs and resigned last March 2016. However, the NMC is asking the schfs for the verification that they need to fill up but I read on some thread that the Scfhs is no longer doing this. Can someone please help me how did you guys do it? They said that the verification should be send my the scfhs to the nmc. What I have now is the copy of my registration certificate (in arabic), license and good standing. However, I am already outside the kingdom. i dont know what to do.

Hi kate_d I would like to ask how much you paid for the translated scfhs? In my case, I am out of the kingdom now, do you think it is ok if I would have it translate here in the Philippines by the Saudi Embassy?
