Hi. I was researching some hospitals and came across your message. Did you end up working for any of these hospitals? If yes i would be grateful if you could share your experience. I actually receieved 2 offers and i am in the process of making a decision. Thank you.

And would you believe that i have been working all this time? And no i am not negotiating terms i am in career transition and only wanted to know what was out there and what better forum to use than allnurses. I think i needed to be more detailed i graduated in 2015 then migrated to the US did my NCLEX so essentially my license is about 6 months old. But you are right and i will take any reasonable offer just to get my feet through the door.

I am an immigrant i graduated my school 2015 but i became licensed in FL in 2016. The response is the experience.

No Roser13 it's not a joke. I actually saw a job advertisement like i said in the post offering some of what was mentioned. There are 52 states here so i wanted to know what's out there. Mind you i did not study here but I am naive i do not want to be spoon fed. I only need to know if anything else is out there that's not popping up on google.

This has been a topic of interest for a while now although other persons have posted on similar topics i have decided to make a post. I have realised how supportive and knowledgeable this community is and i am in need of advice at the moment. I received my Florida state license in August of 2015 and i am yet to get my foot in a hospital as a new grad this is due to the fact that for most of these positions you need experience. I have been getting a bit discouraged wondering if i chose the right field. I do love Nursing but i would love to start getting hands on experience as soon as possible, to really make my contribution to the profession. With that being said i also believe i need to get out of my comfort zone and relocate (this seems to be the most viable option at the moment). My question is what states and or hospitals would be best for me to look into bearing in mind these few details: 1. Relocation assistance 2. Whether or not the hospital provides room and board (this would be a plus) 3. Assistance with acquiring of state license 4. Whether it provides room for educational growth I do see where Carilion Clinic matches those details but do you know of any others? What about Kings County Hospital - New York I really crave your response and advice. Thank you in advance.

That's what i have been doing applying to general Jackson openings. By the grace of God we will be successful soon.

Lol i do know that but i still wanted to find out more about it because it sounds interesting. So i just wanted to know the channels that can be taken to get there because before now i only knew about case managers in the hospital. Do you know about these positions?

In Florida the job market is very poor for new graduates. I do see vacancies for nurses but you need 2 years experience. I find it to be very sad especially for those who need to start repaying debt incurred from nursing school.

What state are you from though? Florida has hardly any vacancy for Grad Rn?

Are these case management jobs in every state? This is something that i would look into. Thanks for your insightful post.
