  1. Mount Sinai (Miami), Jackson Memorial Hospital or Browsrd General new grad information???

    Hello I will be a new grad in May. I was thinking about applying to mount Sinai medical center in Miami , Jackson memorial hospital , broward health , and University of Miami . I wanted to know if anyone out here works at any of those facilities and if so I want to know how is it ? What's the patient ratio, and pay for new grads and the differential for night shift ?? Do any of them hire new grads ?? Please let me know anything I appreciate it
