  1. I am transitioning into the L&D RN role and I would like advice from previous/current L&D nurses on what to expect & what to know!
  2. Update: Took 6 weeks for NJ to finalize!
  3. How soon after you applied did you receive your fingerprint letter? I applied 10 days ago and I called today and it was just printed and not mailed out yet.
  4. I see on the other post that NJ does now in fact issue temps? I wonder if that is something I should go ahead and apply for.
  5. Unfortunately I am currently licensed in AL and they do not participate in nursys! Thank you for the info.
  6. They haven't even mailed out my fingerprint information yet. It was just printed today. NJ BoN is notoriously slow and so I was simply trying to confirm I have done all I can on my end, I am well aware I applied 10 days ago. I have multiple interviews in NJ this week, I simply cannot say a date I can begin working until my license has processed.
  7. Has anyone applied to NJ BON by endorsement and had a positive experience? Every time I call that are SO rude and provide me no information other than "wait 10-15 business day" and "it takes 8-12 weeks." I'm trying to make sure I have everything sent to them and they just tell me to check my checklist. From what I have read, actually going to the BON in Newark helps many people. Is it worth it? I applied only on July 8th. I believe I have sent everything in. Thank you!!!
