  1. Three people from my classroom applied, and I feel like it is going to be really competitive. Does anyone know how many people total had applied this year?
  2. Hello Everyone, Has anyone heard anything from their recruiters ? I'm going crazy waiting this long!
  3. Hi, congratulations on summiting your package, I know it was a very long process. I summited mine a week ago. The commutative GPA that they got after they averaged out all my college classes was 3.73. In the other hand my nursing GPA is 3.87.
  4. Hello Mr. Diaz, I'm currently in the process of applying to the NCP, FY 2018. I was wondering if being married and having kids will affect my chances on getting accept it to the program.
  5. Hello everyone, I'm also applying for the NCP FY 2018. I'm almost done with my package, all I have left is my interviews. Is anyone graduating in May, 2018?
  6. Hi, I'm currently at the U of M and I got accepted the Fall, 2015 as a transfer student. I know that now they are not longer taking any transfer students for the Twin Cities campus, only for Rochester. U of M is super competitive, but there tuition is very reasonable and I love the program. People who get accepted have usually 3.6 and above commutative GPA, and 3.7 and above pre-requisites GPA. They also look for work, and volunteer experience.
  7. Hi, Here is my contact if you would like to send me an email instead. [email protected]
  8. Hi Biancathomas, I started the process the beginning of May, and I'm done with everything except the two interviews, which I will probably get it done in the next few weeks. It can take you up to 3 months or more, the soonest you start the process the better. I believed you can apply 2-3 years before graduating nursing school. My program is 3 years long. I began the process of the application right after finishing my sophomore year. I know people who applied after finishing freshman year. For sure you need to be accepted to a BSN program first. I know there are waivers for certain things, but what type of waiver are you referring to?
  9. Hi Romv3896, Thank you for getting back to me. I will graduate May 2018 for the U of M. My nursing GPA is 3.87 but my college commutative GPA is probably around 3.6. I think my GPA is competitive enough.
  10. Hello, I'm applying to the program this Summer, 2016 and I won't know until November. I'm worry about my chances to get accepted it. Can you tell me what kind of questions do thy ask during the phone or face time interview. I'm sorry, I know you were looking for some answer not for questions, but I couldn't help to ask you since you are already in. Also what did your recruiter told you about the average GPA to get accepted?
  11. Hi, Chris6991 I'm sorry but 3.0 GPA is going to be almost impossible to get accepted it to the Navy Nurse Candidate Program. I'm currently applying to the program with greater than 3.8 GPA. I know a few people who are applying and they also have a 3.7 and above GPA. I heard that 3.6 is the average GPA of people who get accepted it.
  12. Hello Marriettj, I'm also applying to the Navy Nurse Candidate program here at Minneapolis/ St Paul area. What exactly are your concerns regarding the program?
