Having a hard time applying to Scripps New Grad program for January 2022
Has anyone tried applying for the Scripps New Graduate Program for January 2022 yet? The application dates are from 9/12 to 9/25 and when I try to search and apply for the job, it redirects me to the job search page where it asks me for my employee ID and password. Unfortunately I am not an employee so I cannot log in to access the application. We're you guys able to apply? If so, what steps did you take to get to the application?

Scripps New Grad Residency March/June 2017
I think they would PERFER you to have your BSN. I know for a fact is itsnt a requirement but the more experience or education you have, obviously the higher the chances of you getting in along with your answers and personality when it comes to the interview of course. Not a requirement but I'm sure preferred.

I only have my ADN too! And I got the offer. I think as long as you're enrolled in a BSN program and are on your way to obtaining your BSN then you should have no problem. Hospitals are transitioning or want to maintain their magnet status so they like to see that their nurses are getting or have the highest degree

SHARP New Grad RN 2017
Has anyone gotten a call back yet? They told me they'd do call starting Jan 5th... doesn't look hopeful

SHARP New Grad RN 2017
It was a panel of 3 interviewers for me. They asked about 7 questions, none clinical, just questions assessing your personality and suck like your reason for becoming a nurse or communication skills, sorry I was so nervous I hardly remember the questions. They were all very nice, I think they just want to see that you're a compassionate nurse that is a team player. The interview went by really fast

SHARP New Grad RN 2017
I think March! There were a panel of three interviewers, all very nice my status if my application never changed so I wouldn't base all my hopes on just refreshing your application submission status.

SHARP New Grad RN 2017
I applied to Sharp Grossmont and Memorial and got an email on December 4 for a schedule interview for the 12/21 at sharp memorial adult med/surge unit.. Just completed my interview this morning. To be honest.. I felt like my interview could've gone a lot better... Oh well.. Keeping positive. They told me we won't hear back from them until atleast January 5..such a long time to wait. keep in mind I only have my ADN and am currently in the middle of getting my BSN so to all my fellow ADN nurses... There's hope! (As long as you're enrolled in a BSN program). Good luck to everyone!

Is albuterol tx for trache patients done at nighttime?
Hi, I'm a new RN at a SNF and I was checking on some medication charting for patients during the NOC shift and I see that a tracheostomy patient has an order for albuterol sulfate but that charting states that is is not being given at nighttime because patient is asleep. My question is that is albuterol sulfate via trach or nebulizer usually done during NOC shift or is this nurse in the wrong?
