  1. Has anyone tried applying for the Scripps New Graduate Program for January 2022 yet? The application dates are from 9/12 to 9/25 and when I try to search and apply for the job, it redirects me to the job search page where it asks me for my employee ID and password. Unfortunately I am not an employee so I cannot log in to access the application. We're you guys able to apply? If so, what steps did you take to get to the application?
  2. Also I heard it's about $2 extra pay if you have your BSN
  3. I think they would PERFER you to have your BSN. I know for a fact is itsnt a requirement but the more experience or education you have, obviously the higher the chances of you getting in along with your answers and personality when it comes to the interview of course. Not a requirement but I'm sure preferred.
  4. I only have my ADN too! And I got the offer. I think as long as you're enrolled in a BSN program and are on your way to obtaining your BSN then you should have no problem. Hospitals are transitioning or want to maintain their magnet status so they like to see that their nurses are getting or have the highest degree
  5. Thanks Leothelion! I just received a call back. I start on March 20th
  6. Did she call you back on the same number she called you from before? I think I should give her a call, my anxiety while waiting is so high haha
  7. i haven't ): have you? Do you remember the name of the lady that called you to offer you the position?
  8. I'm on med oncology at Scripps green but she hasn't told me my start date
  9. Me too! Haha I cried when I got my rejection letter last week and I cried when I got the offer yesterday! We're in the same boat then! I'll keep you updated if they call
  10. Yay! Congrats! She called me yesterday and offered me med oncology but she didn't tell me anything else and she said she'd email me more details but I haven't recieved an email yet so now I'm getting paranoid. Did she send you an email yet?
  11. Did anyone else get a call from Scripps yesterday about an offer to Scripps Green?
  12. Has anyone gotten a call back yet? They told me they'd do call starting Jan 5th... doesn't look hopeful
  13. It was a panel of 3 interviewers for me. They asked about 7 questions, none clinical, just questions assessing your personality and suck like your reason for becoming a nurse or communication skills, sorry I was so nervous I hardly remember the questions. They were all very nice, I think they just want to see that you're a compassionate nurse that is a team player. The interview went by really fast
  14. Any word or update anyone? Hopefully this thread isn't dead :/
  15. I think March! There were a panel of three interviewers, all very nice my status if my application never changed so I wouldn't base all my hopes on just refreshing your application submission status.
