City Tech idk if you guys know has a bad rep, people fail like dead flies and the program is really aimed for you to fail. So if any brothers or sisters in here please message me about like what classes I need to complete to start clinicals asap or any insight into the program such as Kaplan, Hesi, ATI so I know what to prepare for since I already have experience with nursing school! Run as fast as you can! The program is designed for you to fail and Dr. R doesn't care as long as you are the 1% of those who graduate to keep her NCLEX passing rates up so she can continue to receive funding from the Nursing Accreditation! I'm a third semester student and I'm now looking to transfer :-(

Hey @Enurse1234, I was told by numerous people above us in the program to read before the semester starts, and continue to practice questions from various nclex resources. However, I'm so nervous for psych since it's a different frame of thinking. Anyway we're so close! and enjoy your summer.

Hello all, I am currently in my second semester of nursing school at a CUNY school, and I am struggling with answering NCLEX style questions. In addition, my professor is very strong on critical thinking which I feel that I am lacking. I understand "nursing is an applying science." However its so frustrating studying night and day just to fail. My CUNY school in particular offers no help to its nursing students, and its honestly a shame. They honestly leave us stranded. Therefore if there's any Nursing tutor in CUNY colleges please help me!!!!!

Yea mat 1375 (Pre-calc) isn't bad, just all graphs and your calculator. Just stay on track cause it's easy to get lost in that class. Best of luck!
