Has anyone heard from ICUs yet? I did my preceptorship in the MICU but I'm not sure if that means only the MICU will contact me or if any of the ICUs are fair game.

Yes I applied to Emory, Loyola Chicago (where I am at right now) and Miami. Emory is crazy expensive and I really really want to go to Miami so I'm keeping my fingers crossed! And yes I just emailed the general nursing school email because I couldn't find one specific to the ABSN program.

I know I would call too but I'm in class until 5:30 and an hour behind (in Chicago). When I emailed they told me that the complete/incomplete was for internal processing and not to worry about what it said. I figured with the rolling app we would know soon! I found out within 2 months from another school I applied to around the same time

I know some dates have been flying around, but has anyone spoken to admissions about when we might be hearing back? I applied back in November as well and am getting very anxious!

Mine does, but they told me not to worry about it and that it for their use not for us.

My EFC was zero and I still did not get much : / Hoping merit-based will help

Yeah I just got an email and guests are not allowed, and I'm in Chicago and don't really want to do that whole trip alone. I'm in the same boat so I'm really not sure what to do.. I got into some smaller schools and got better aid but Emory is such a great school I'm not sure at what point spending that much money is worth the better name and education.

Yes! I got a small grant and a few options in loans but I will have to take out a huge private loan. I'm hoping that merit-based aid will come through but I really have no idea. I know they do try to match any other offers so if you applied anywhere else and got a competitive offer make sure to submit that!

I just got mine too, finally! A little disappoint but oh well. Are you guys bringing a friend/spouse/parent? I would be flying there and thought it would be fun to spend the whole weekend out with my mom because I don't see her much but I didn't know if it would be weird bringing a parent to a second-degree program thing lol

That happened to me too! Emory is by far my first choice but I can't commit until I know if I got financial aid. Other school app deadlines are approaching though, but I don't want to spend money on those or write essays if I'm going to go to Emory!!
