Husband became a RN
So I altered your post and I wonder how many people would be upset about this.

Worried about possible needlestick
Do you remember a sharp object going into your finger? If no don't worry. I don't know how you wouldn't remember it.

How to react nicely if a patient asks for your social media acct?
I stick to "no". Why not? "because I said no."

*slightly hemolyzed* potassium
So first STOP WORRYING. Truly hemolyzed at best can report a K at 1 below the level (3.7) and slightly hemolyzed is more likely 0.5. There is no reason to redraw this patient and no need to lose a single minute of sleep. Take it as a good learning point to pay attention because there is 0 harm to this patient. At worst they fall in normal limits and will have no bad outcomes from this.

Nurse selling to patient
If they are your client/patient/underling then don't sell to them.
-
Manual BP - even or odd
If a patients BP is 115/91 they will die a horrible death if you repot it as 116/92 so PLEASE report what you find.

Feeling so Bummed
I didn't realize this was high school. Get over it your friend is a flake and is not going to invite you. Make new friends because your friend is a less intelligent individual. You can let this "less intelligent individual" run your life or you can move on.

Help! Please talk me out of quitting!
Can you sum this up in bullet points? If you are scared don't do it. If you want to put the *gasp* 2 years into being a surgical tech then do it.

Epinephrine and coronary arteries
So why are we arguing about a pulse when they have a measurable blood pressure? No pulse means no blood pressure. Still book answer is treat the fatal arrhythmia. Real world do it all at once.

Who needs a bigger pat on the back?
never seen either of them post about how hard they work. Must be that they have a Cush job unlike us nurses that work 9 12's per week.

Who needs a bigger pat on the back?
Really who needs a bigger pat on the back for doing their job? Who posts more about how much they matter and makes a bigger difference? Nurses or teachers?

Does any school accept Hondros College credits?
Probably not. I really doubt US schools would accept credits from another country. It is hard to get credits accepted from US schools let alone from other countries.

Lab values
Which lab reports are you struggling with? This is really a broad topic and some context would help. I am not sure that a simple book or resources would be helpful. Take even hemoglobin for example. A Hgb of 8 may be reportable if their last Hgb was 12. If they have always been 8 then it is not. I know you want the simple if a lab test is X then report it but it isn't as simple as that.
