Hello everyone, A little introduction about me I was a pre- dental major and I did not graduate but I did take a lot of classes that I do not need for RN (molecular gen, orgenic chem, calc, physics). My overall gpa 2.25 BUT my major for nursing gpa is above 2.75 (that chamberlain requires). I took hesi first time and I got 79% without studying, I took it yesterday for the second time and I did way better (86%). I talked to my advisor and I kept asking him the same question Does chamberlain look at both GPA (overall and major) or just overall?! He did not give me a concrete answer, however he suggested me to write a short essay why I want to become a nurse. I am nervous about the whole situation because I truly thought I was going to start BSN program on May 2 of 2016 and now its not for sure. Why am I insisting to go to chamberlain? Because my job has a partnership with them and will pay a good portion of the tuition, Chamberlain counted 56 credit hours from my previews classes and I was told I can be done in 2 years and 8 weeks, and its only 2 min away walking distance from my job. Any idea or suggestion will be highly appreciated, Thank you,
