  1. Some agencies offer 3 year binding contract. I am thinking if Avant do the same? Thanks in advance! :)
  2. Hi! Would like to ask if how long is the contract term in Avant if it is ok to ask??
  3. Ok. Yes there is an agency here, actually most of them requires vsc prior to processing I140. That's why I am a bit confused. Well, I will try my best to look for an employer myself. Though I'm a bit anxious about it. I tried looking online and most of them requires IELTS passed and VSC.
  4. Oh, I see. So that means, visa screen necessity depends upon the employer, is that what you're saying? The I140 will be filed by the prospective employer right?
  5. @Silverdragon thanks for replying. But when is the best time to apply for visa screen? I mean, due to visa retrogression here in the Philippines, i do not have idea when will it become current. Correct me if I'm wrong, but i can not get a priority date unless i have a filed I-140 form, and a Visa screen is needed for that right? Regarding the job application, I am currently here in the Philippines. I am worried that if i look for an employer myself, what if they abandon my petition for visa?
  6. Hi guys! I would like to ask for an advise regarding job appication to the US. I am a filipino RN, graduated and licensed locally here in the Philippines. I recently passed the NCLEX-rn exam, Texas state, last october 2016. I'm currently reviewing for my IELTS exam. I am thinking about what's the best way to apply for a job, thru myself or ask for help from an agency here in the Philippines? I know the visa is currently retrogressed for Philippines, but after applying for Visascreen, I dont know what will be my next step? I really need an advise guys. Thank you in advance! Merry Christmas 🎁 in advance too 😊
  7. Hi guys! I have a question regarding the signatures for NCLEX application, criminal background check and cgfns forms. I recently sent my CGFNS application forms and signed it using my cursive writing in Roman Characters. So i was thinking, will there be a problem if I use my scribble signature for my NCLEX application forms and fingerprint cards? Because according to the rules for accepted IDs for NCLEX international examinees, passport will be the only acceptable ID and my signature on my passport is in scribble form. In short, should I match my signature on my application forms with my passport signature or should i sign in Roman cursive characters? thanks in advance!
  8. Yes. Select professional report for CES. Academic is for student applicant only. Hmm, I don't know about "RUSH" processing of PRC. Maybe it depends on the surge of applications and request. Some papers are processed immediately while some takes weeks to months but like what I said, it will depend on the number of papers being processed. Well, actually I'll be applying for cgfns soon, just waiting for my msn TOR. I will be requesting my verification of license in PRC manila. Are you also requesting in manila? Well my friends here in PH took 6 mos for their ATT to be issued for Florida nclex. They are scheduled to sit for the exam on this coming july.
  9. Hi! Wow, good for you! I hope i have someone to help me get to the US too like you hehehe. Anyway, I have classmates now in the US, some of them applied for NCLEX when they arrived in the US and some do the paperworks while they're here. I think you should apply for the CGFNS first because you need to submit the papers from school and PRC. That is the only problem encountered by my friends in the US. They asked their relatives to request on their behalf for their credentials here in thw PH. I suggest that while you are here, start processing your CGFNS papers because it will take several weeks to months before they fully evaluated your credentials, of course it depends if all of your papers are received and in for them to evaluate. As for IELTS, i dunno if it's true, but somebody told me that it is only required for visa screen purposes. In your case, I think you are being petitioned, am I right? I think you no longer need that as long as your BSN education is taught in english with textbooks written in english. My friend took the nclex in texas without IELTS. She was petitioned also and graduated here in PH. She processed her papers for cgfns before departing to texas last 2013.
  10. Hi! You should contact the BON of the state that you are applying for to give you instructions regarding that.
  11. Hi! Just want to ask you guys regarding NCLEX of Texas. Do i need to pass IELTS first before taking the exam or I can take the exam (after CGFNS CES of course) without IELTS? Someone told me that IELTS is only needed for visa screen? Thanks for replying in advance! :)
  12. Kindly refer to this link: http://www.bon.texas.gov/pdfs/forms_pdfs/examination_pdfs/RNExam2014.pdf
  13. Yeah. I recently read an article earlier about the step by step nclex application in Texas and now I have an idea how. I'm from Philippines that's why the steps are more complicated than the usual. My question is, regarding signature on documents such as the criminal background check forms. I read from a thread that some people's documents were rejected because of their signature on forms. Should I use my usual signature only or do i need to print my name then put my signature above it??
  14. Hi! I would like to ask questions regarding TX Nclex-RN application. I'm from Philippines and graduated from my BSN degree last 2013. I have already 2 yrs of paid working exp. I am planning to apply for Texas NCLEX RN but i don't have any idea on how to start, although i've read some threads like this on how to do so. But is it ideal to have an agency to process the whole application? Because the whole steps confuses me and I'm worrying that i might miss some necessary things to be done, that's why I am thinking of asking help from an agency. I know it can be more expensive, but if I'm going to apply for myself, can someone tell me the summary of steps on applying for Texas NCLEX application? Thank you very much for your response! :)
  15. No worries! :) Well, I think I have to seek another way around. Anyway, thank you for your kind response! :)
