  1. Can anyone please with experience with constructive credit chime in? Thanks in advance. I recently read MILPER message # 16-305 stating the eligibility for officers for the upcoming CPT board scheduled for March 2017. The MILPER message notes that, " Officers with less than one year of continuous active duty since their most recent placement on the ADL before the board convenes" will be excluded from the board. I came on Active Duty on July 14, 2016 as a 1LT and was awarded 3 years of constructive credit and my adjusted date of rank makes me eligible for the FY17 CPT board. Will I be eligible for the upcoming CPT board due to my constructive credit of 3 years or will I be excluded based on the criteria noted in the MILPER message? I spoke to my Assignments Manager and he said that I will not be going to the FY17 CPT board. For some reason, I am not even sure how HRC is tracking my constructive credits other than the fact that my date of rank was backdated to 2014. Thank you very much and I look forward to your response.
  2. 72D here as well :)
  3. Hello jeckrn: Please I do have a question. I'm prior service with 6 years and 7 months as an enlisted army soldier (Active Duty). I also completed an additional 12 months in the Army Reserves. I recently commissioned as a 1LT with 36 months of constructive credit. Question 1: For O-2E purposes, will I be receiving only 6 years, or 6 years and 7 months, or 7 years and 7 months? The 7 years and 7 months is 12 months in the Reserves added to the Active duty time. I understand that the "E" designation applies to 4 years of Active Duty. Question 2: If I receive 6 years and 7 months for O-2E purposes, will this time automatically start counting from the time I get to BOLC on July 14th, 2016? As in, by December 15th, 2016, would this then be 7 years for me for O-2E purposes? Thank you.
