  6. Thank you for your reply! I will be taking more electives so that I have at least 6.0 credit electives with the minimum 67%
  7. You can try to get in as a competitive applicant by having, i think , 30-60 credits done. I'm stressing too don't worry! You are not alone! I'm trying to get in at BCIT aswell and my grades are like 70% averages
  8. Sorry I realized I had a typo earlier which I fixed now. I meant to say I am NOW insulin dependent instead of the word "not". So yes, I am on insulin.
  9. Hi everyone, just last week I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. I am 19 years old and I am now insulin dependent and I have a few questions because it's all new to me. Why does my sugar level go so high when I just wake up? What can I do to prevent that? Are there any tips on lowering my blood sugar ?
  10. BCIT is a school ! It's the British Columbia Institute of Technology
  11. Hello everyone, I decided to make this thread because I'm seeking advice and insight! I'm trying to get into BCIT and I'm a little bit worried because one of my elective is a fail. My other electives I managed to get a minimum of 80% in all. Will this fail mark hinder me from getting into the nursing program?
  12. Hello! I too am trying to get into the nursing program at BCIT and I just have a question. Have you ever failed a course? I'm abit worried because I failed one elective but my other electives were 80% at the minimum.
