Type 1 diabetes
Hi everyone, just last week I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. I am 19 years old and I am now insulin dependent and I have a few questions because it's all new to me. Why does my sugar level go so high when I just wake up? What can I do to prevent that? Are there any tips on lowering my blood sugar ?

Wanting to get into BCIT
Hello everyone, I decided to make this thread because I'm seeking advice and insight! I'm trying to get into BCIT and I'm a little bit worried because one of my elective is a fail. My other electives I managed to get a minimum of 80% in all. Will this fail mark hinder me from getting into the nursing program?
