1-3% as others have said and it typically has to do with general inflation and increase in cost of living year over year.

1. Make up isn't worth it. 2. My bladder is made of steel. 3. Your nurse face is your first line of defense. 4. Helping another nurse will be paid back 1000x over. 5. Your non-nursing friends will never understand your schedule.
