I told myself I will let everyone know pass or fail how I did. I just checked and I PASSED :) thank you to everyone who has prayed for me and has given me good and positive motivation. If I can do it anyone can, this is my third time taking the exam and I was non stop praying that I didn't have to take it exam and finally pass. The power of prayer and the positive attitudes from everyone was great. THANK YOU

So, an update, I did the pvt and I tried my credit card with a different three digit security code. It said Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time. IS THAT GOOD? I'm scared still because it's not up on NURSYS

Praying and hoping I do. Has anybody else's test ended after two sata questions in a row?

Just got out exam I had about 190 questions with about 21 sata two drag and drop 2-3 exhibition. Exam ended on a sata, the one before that was sata as well, hoping and praying I pass.

How would you compare uworld to Nclex?

I am currently using uworld right now, did the question bank twice, increased my percentage the second time, 58 the first and 76 the next. Test in two days, hoping it's good

Hello, I am taking my exam in a few days, I have read a lot of threads of people that have passed the NCLEX RN stating they have had a lot of Priorities and Delegations. I have taken the exam twice and I don't remember a lot on the exam, it is a blur. Could somebody help me with the priorities and delegation part. I know LPNs can't do the initial assessment and RN is responsible for both UAP and LPN, but any other information is greatly appreciated. Have been doing UWORLD second time and averaging around 78% now but don't know if it's because I remember the answer or if I understand the information this time . THANK YOU and wish me luck for my exam, super nervous about it.

I have been doing the wrong questions first and than I do some using all of the questions, right and wrong. I feel like I remember the questions and the answer I chose previously. When answering only the questions I got wrong I get around 50% percent right and read the rationals. When answering all the questions right and wrong I get about 80% and when I choose the right answer I remember what the rational was, I am thinking about purchasing NCLEX Mastery App to get more questions as I tend to remember questions from UWORLD but I only have about 1.5 week till my Exam. Anybody recommend anything, should I continue to do all my wrong questions or start doing new ones?

I was going to do the the wrong questions and than start doing all the question after I completed the wrong questions.

Hello, I just finished UWORLD with an average of 57%, I wanted to know what you would recommend as the next step I should take? I have less than 2 weeks till my exam, is that a good percentage going into the exam? Thank You

Hello, I was wondering if UWORLD repeats questions? I have been selecting unused everytime and I think they will give me same questions from previous test. Also, have done over 700 questions, my average percentage is 60%. Is that good or bad? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank You

Yes i reviewed it, I was below in one category each time, both different categories for the two different exams and the rest near passing.

Hello, I have taken the Nclex twice and failed both times, one time I had around 120 questions the next time I had around 140 questions. I am doing Uworld and will do 10 questions at a time, sometimes I'll get 80% but most of the time I get 60%. I try to read all the rationales for the questions as well. Is 60% a bad sign? I don't want to fail again. I can always narrow the answers down to two and most of the time choose the wrong answer. I am planning on taking the Nclex next month. I just want to know if 60% average so far through 500 questions is good predictor I will pass the exam? Thank you T P
