NP2_be thanks for your message! I do not have the ability to reply just yet.. Did it sound as though Simmons is having no difficulty placing people for clinical rotations? I would think all of the schools in this area would struggle an equal amount due to the high volume of nursing schools, regardless if it's a relatively new program or not. One clear benefit to Northeastern is that they offer a BSN after the first portion of the program and I don't think Simmons does. Does this make you nervous at all? Thanks! From attending info sessions it sounds as though we are responsible for clinical placement at both simmons and northeastern. Current students have told me it takes a while to find the right job and much easier outside of Boston.
