  1. Seeing all of the posts definitely makes me second guess coming to Boston but I don't have much of a choice. My fiancé is working in Boston. That's why I'm trying to find out as much information as I can before I get up there and to make sure I give myself the most opportunities as possible.
  2. Thank you for your response! Unfortunately, I go to school in Alabama. I've been looking online but I am having some difficulty finding information about new graduate programs in the Boston area. Do you know of any hospitals who have new graduate programs?
  3. Hi KelRN215, I am graduating in May with my BSN and moving to Boston. I have seen your posts on many of the Boston threads and I was wondering if you could answer a few questions for me. I've seen a lot of posts about how it is really hard for a new graduate to get a job in Boston. Has this changed at all? When is the best time for new grads to apply for jobs? I've also read some hospitals do not even hire new graduates. Is this also true? I would really appreciate any information you would like to share with me! I've been reading a lot of the posts about new graduates trying to get their first job in Boston and it is been very discouraging.
  4. Hi redherring and MommaTy! I graduate in May with my BSN and I am moving to Boston. Would either of you would mind sharing with me what your experience was trying to find a job in Boston as a new graduate? Do hospitals hire new graduates outside of the new graduate programs? All of the job postings I have seen say experience required.
