  1. Hey!! I'm pretty much in the same boat as you. I'm about to start in the ICU to get some experience before applying to school. I would check out allcrnaschools.com to get a complete compilation of all the schools in the US, which shows each school's requirements, cost, what type of program it is, etc. it has been a huge help in helping me determine which school is going to be best, even though I still have no idea!! Haha
  2. Hey!! I just want to reach out and say you're not alone! I, too, am thinking of applying to CRNA school after I get some ICU experience. I'm starting my ICU job in a few weeks in a level 1 trauma center that I've worked at before. I actually was on a PCU for 3 years before leaving the hospital to do hospice care for various reasons.... I know. I love hospice pts but it didn't take long to realize the hospital is actually my home and if I enjoy the ICU as much (probably more!!) as PCU, then I would LOVE to be a CRNA! So I just wanted to say good luck! Let me know how everything goes! I can't wait to start applying to schools!
  3. How about a pt vomiting through their trach?? Yea... That was probably my worst nightmare.
