    Arkansas requires that you attend a DOT approved course for the Paramedic level. This course can last anywhere from 1 year to 2 years depending on the school. After completion you must challenge the National Registery. Very tough exam. This also includes skill stations for Cardiac(static and ALS interventions), KED. IV Therapy, Drug Admin. Good Luck!!
