can you tell me what state are you from? Thats a good thing you got new grad slot in a hospital. Have you tried sending resumes on rehabs or LTC facilities? Im interested to work in LTC just to start right away. Do you have idea about nursing home experience, shift and starting salary as RN new grad?

I sent to hospitals and rehabs, just a week ago. I'm waiting and trying to collect info for now so l can somehow plan the next step l could take while waiting. Really? Woa 6 months is a long time. Have you had experience in LTC facility?

0Hello nurses, so hopefully some could share their job hunt experience when applying for RN position as a New Grad or experienced nurses starting a career in a new state? I just want to know the timeframe from sending out resume online , got an interview and up to first day of work. Is it hospital,rehab center or home health? How was the applying experience in your state especially Nevada?

OMG :) l just noticed NY nurses are so active hooooray! Haha thank you guys, i saw it from hawaii site too you need to pay for Wall Cert., but the infos are limited like i dont know what licenses they provide

Do they send you license card every renewal? Whats the average waiting period for that card?

How long did you wait for pocket version? Did it take months since your passed?

Ive read the FAQ also but didnt include what is to be given after paying, only about the duplicate of pocket card if you want to request for it and wall cert. Hawaii's phone line is crazy this days haha cant get through.Thank you for the reply its appreciated

Hi everyone hoping someone could help me, so l recently passed my Nclex RN in hawaii and returned the registration notice with the check for my licensure. Some friends told me that it could take few weeks or a month for the release, my question is what kind of license am l gonna expect because other state have cards or wall certificates? Does hawaii bon send notice form first before they send the actual license card (for example)?
