  1. From last year's trend all I can assure you all that they take the entire month of May to send out acceptance letters. Approximately from mid of June they notify people who are in the WAITING LIST. This year so far none here mentioned anything about waiting list. The girl whom i talked to told me that they are still sending out regular acceptance and rejection letters. There is a blog of NYU where the employees write. Someone mentioned that this year they have received a lot of applications. Not specifically for Nursing though. Still makes sense. So my best guess is first week of June to know whether some of us are in the waiting list or not
  2. Anyone got accepted today? No news for me... Talked to a girl from the admission department. She told me that it will take at least 2 to 3 more weeks to go through all the applications. If anyone gets accepted... Congrts... Hope those of you are waiting will hear a good news because they haven't started the "WAITING LIST" thing yet... Let's hope for the best.
  3. All's well that ends well
  4. Just checked some of the comments from last year's fall ABSN thread. It seems like some applicants got in during mid of June. That long? Damnnnn!!! No clue about rejection letters since people hardly talk about that. Some people mentioned that "Not hearing back" means a good sign... At least you might be in a waiting list....
  5. I have the same question... At this point All I want to see a rejection letter to move on...
  6. Are you from Jersey? How much is the total cost of attending at Rutgers? If you don't mind what is your cgpa from first bachelor degree? What about prerequisite cgpa? Thank you!
  7. Bravo! Hope some of us will be inspired. Thank you. Wish you all the best.
  8. Do they send acceptance emails on Mondays? Or anyone figured out a particular trend... I have to stop checking my email every now and then... lol
  9. I am so glad to see people sharing moments/experiences of their lives. Some of the comments are truly inspiring. Thank you all for sharing pieces of memories from your lives. I do appreciate your patience, hard work, humanity and honesty. I am a pre-Nursing student and have applied to NYU's Fall 2015 session (ABSN). >
  10. If anyone care to share what made you choose Nursing as a career... What are the things in Nursing you like most? Thread was started out of curiosity and networking purposes only. Thank you all.
  11. Hi fellow members, I applied for the NYU's ABSN in the middle of March and still haven't heard from the admission committee yet. Good to see this active thread. So... anyone care to share what made you change your career path (Since we all had a first Bachelor degree)? What attract(s) you to the career of Nursing... Thank you all... Wish you all good luck...
  12. Hi fellow members, I am from NYC. I Applied for the NYU's ABSN Fall 2015 session about a month and a half ago... I have logged into NYU Albert and have seen everything checked off but no email from the admission committee yet! Although the program is costly, I still consider it as one of the best. My first choice.. Preparing for the final exams and patiently waiting for the email. Anyone out there still waiting like me?? Let's share what was our first Bachelor degree... What made us to change our mind and career path... Let's stay in touch. Thank you all...
