Good day everyone. this is the first post and it wont be the last. I've heard about this website from my CI and since that time been reading ur posts. it helps me alot. I'm a nursing student and this is the last year. i am the team-leader in my college for my group and i love being leader as everyone can see how good i am in that role. in my clinical rotation i was the team-leader for once as our CI wants to change the team - leader every 3 months so that the other girls have the chance to act as leader. what i have noticed is when i act as a leader i give my best for the others and i also do my best for myself as well. and everyone can see that i am active and i have the passion to learn new skills, new information,but when someone els is taking this position i feel that whatever i do wont the same! i love to lead people to the best. i listen to them and i let them talk and share their opinions. even tho we all r in the same level but sometiems i have to explain things for them like Lectures, Drug calc etc. when i finish from the school i will for sure take courses in leadership because this is what i want to be in the future i just dont know how to be active when someone els is a leader!!!
