  4. I have just received an e-mail from CRIS stating that they mailed me a letter ,requesting additional evidence for my I 485 application. I 140 was approved. What can it be?
  5. Hi! I sent my school the papers , translated them in Hungarian, and I told them and write them a copy in English so they know exactly what to write. I was lucky I had a really good relationship with my school in Hungary. It took a long time............. How are your papers now? Emese
  6. Hi! I am from Europe,Hungary.
  7. Hi! The secretary told me that they put the same receipt number to all 3 applications.Very interesting.....My lawyer is on wacation , coming back on the 17-th ......, something is not right,I am going to call him. I am just sick of the whole thing by now. Noting is going easily.... You received the receipt number from your lawyer's office,or by mail? Thanks, :paksibaby
  8. Hi! I called the lawyers office and they gave me the receipt number , that they received from USCIS. They sent my applications out on january 24th. I am in New York City so my center is Vermont also.
  9. Hi Suzanne! Yes I am in the US. I was just asking because, the only application is the I485, and the lawyer sent the I765 and I140 at the same time and all of them have to be under the same case number. I just called the lawyers office and they told me it is probably to soon to come up... Hopefully it's OK. Thank you , let me know if you have different information. Mesi
  10. My lawyer sent my applications to USCIS. Because I haven't received anything I called them about the receipt number. The secretary told me that I am suppose to receive a letter from USCIS stating that they will process the application and I will receive an appointment for the biometrics later. I checked the status online and it says: application type I485 and the processing date 365 and 540 days. It has nothing about the I765 application, the 90 days processing time and the biometrics???? Is this normal? I am trying to reach the secretary who is handling my case.
  11. Hi All! Does anybody know anything about the hourly minimum wage for registered nurses? My lawyer called yesterday and said that the DOL sent a letter, the minimum wage is $25,64. Where can I find this on the web? Thanks
  12. Thank you Suzzane!
  13. OK. So they don'have to approve the I-140 in order to get the EAD? EAD takes the maximum of 90 days? Thanks Suzanne
  14. I -765 goes the same time with I-140? How long does it take for the I-140 to get approved?
  15. Hi All! I am finally about to get petitioned. The lawyer is filling out the I-140 and I have to take it to my employer to sign it. (Lawyer has all their TAX information)They show a loss on their TAX return, but the lawyer says it's just an accounting thing, they show that they have 25 employees and they paying all salaries..... I am a little bit confused about the applications...... Which application is for the work permit? First they approve the I-140 and then from that date it is max. 90 days for the work permit?
