As far as I can remember as soon as you get the IELTS passing result you can register for CBT with the latest possible schedule at Pearsonvue... You just have to complete what NMC requires and will redirect you to the Pearsonvue page through email... Depends on the availability... I got one friend who took the CBT just days after she got her IELTS results...

COS will be given and reviewed by the UK Government every 11th day of the Month if your employer has allotted one for you... You will be notified once it is approved...

Nurses outside of EU will be clustered based on education not on experience... So yes you will start adult nursing... And you will pass the exams.. The questions are basic nursing skills which surely you know of... Need not to worry...
