   I would really encourage newly accepted and current students to join our Facebook group "UBC Nursing Cohort 2016-2018". Allnurses is great, but at this stage, FB is a much more fluid form of communication.

    A Facebook group has been created for those accepted. It's called "UBC Nursing Cohort 2016-2018." After you ask to join a member will send you a private message and you will need to reply with the answer to a security question.

    MMR and chicken pox (either vaccination record or evidence of antibodies through blood test), Hep B, negative TB skin test. A booster for the former two may also be required. In BC, influenza is recommended but not mandatory for health workers.
