Anyone know anything about Waco as far as apartments and all of that goes? I recently accepted the ER position at Hillcrest and am struggling to find a good place. I'd be open to a roommate but definitely don't want to search on Craigslist for one. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Got an interview for the ER internship on Monday in Waco! I'll be coming from Oklahoma. Super nervous since I don't have any tech experience but hopefully I can still sell myself!

I still haven't heard back from them and I applied Feb 16 are people still getting calls?

Did you receive a call? I was told the same thing but still havent heard anything.

One of the recruiters basically said if you don't have PCA/Nurse Tech/EMT experience you're not going to get into the ICU residency. It was really overwhelming though.

I'm out of state as well and this snow is messing plans up but I signed up for the 1pm slot.

I didn't know we could only apply to 3..oops. I'm pretty open to where I would like to work. I love ER, ICU, and peds, so I applied to all of them since it's kind of a combination of my preferences

I will be attending from OKC! I chose ER, Critical Care, and Peds as my top 3 choices :)
