  1. I agree as well!!!!!!!! I have been studying so hard for this class... and I have been doing great so far, I got a 102 0n the first test on cells and chemistry,a 97 on the second test and a 94 on my third test... my final is tomorrow,i have 3 tests!!!!! We have a bones/and tissues lab exam.... and a cummulative final on chapters 1-16 and a "post-test, which is too see what we learn, we took a pre-test the first day of class, the pre test counts for nothing but the post test is 5% of our grade.... im hoping to get an A in the class!!! wish me luck!!!!!!! i will be so happy when i dont have to study this weekend!!!! But we start A & P II on monday so i only get a break for a weekend!!!!!!!
  2. I had to dissect a cat as well in high school actually in an advanced Bio class and at the time I thought there was no way that I would be able to do it, along with about 10 other people who thought for sure we wouldn't do this... but after you see it initially, it is not that bad... it is such a learning experience and i ended up Loving it!!!! I felt bad for the cat of course but it was already a dead cat, they don't kill the cats for this purpose, they use cats that are sick already or already deceased... so just try to see it as such an amazing learning experience.. my cat had worms and we actually got to dissect the stomach and see them.. it was a great learning tool!!! Think about how much we learn from something like this, not about the cat itself... and from doing this you will learn and ultimately just enhance your nursing career... its all a cycle... and this is just part of it that you must do... it will be just fine, you will be great!!!!!!!!!!
  3. i just got accepted into the nursing program at my school!!!!! i start monday the 26th with some gen eds then i start my nursing classes by july 06!!!!!!!! wahoooooo.... im so excited!!!! :roll congrats to everyone who also got accepted and did well on their NET's too!!!!! this is such an exciting time for all of us...good luck to all that are waiting as well!!!!!
  4. Wow, we have really close scores!! I think I had a 72 on english and an 88 in math!!! The percentile thing still makes me curious but at least we know that we did really good!!!!! yay!!! thanks for replying to me!!!
  5. I just scored an 80 on my NET, is that a good score? The sheet said that I was in the 96% percentile, is that possible with a score of 80? Seems a little odd, does anyone know how they rate your scores for the NET? Any info would be great!!! Thanks!
