I just got an offer for RPL for summer!!!! So happy!! I wanted APL but either way this is fine with me at this point :-)

Does anyone know how they inform you of their decisions? Is it through mail or email or maybe even phone call? I'm new to this forum. I applied but I don't even know if I was considered because of my statistics class. I'm not sure if it was a high enough statistics course for them. At UCF where I took it, it was STA2014 but it shows on FGCU as STA2023 so I'm not sure if that transferred over. Every time I talk to someone at the nursing school they tell me they'll get back to me but never do so I gave up honestly :-( idk what to prepare myself for lol

Do you know when basic BSN people have to confirm their seat by?

Congrats guys! I'm on the wait list I'm on it for UCF accelerated and UCF basic. AND I'm on it for UNF lmao this is so difficult being in limbo...

That's why wait lists are held all the way until the program starts

Well some people accept a seat on traditional and then wait till June to find out if they got into Concurrent, then call UCF saying you'd rather go in concurrent so you're dropping your basic BSN seat

Oh see, I read online before you told me about this new thing, that its 6 semesters total for the concurrent SSC-UCF program (having intertwined classes between SSC and UCF-- http://www.nursing.ucf.edu/Assets/files/UG-Curriculum_DualEnrollmentConcurrent_UCF-SSC.pdf ) So on the link you posted about it changing it shows that the total semesters would be 4, that's where im getting confused. I've never heard from a UCF advisor that it was ever 6-7 semesters log plus 2 more at UCF.

Honestly that would be amazing if that's the case! Although, since traditional programs are at least 5 semesters long, it confuses me that they could be only 4, you know?

Wait, how do u know this? Online is says SSC concurrent is 6 semesters and Valencia is 7

I just looked it up and yeah you're right the traditional program you get one summer off but the accelerated you get no summers off

Does anyone know if the traditional program is consecutive semesters?

Thanks so much! Yeah I'm like borderline depressed over here lol. I only have UNF and UCF as my choices and I was waitlisted by both. I talked to one of the advisors and she said the spot I'm in right now on the UCF waitlist doesn't look too well... *sigh*

Btw I don't think that's true... How do you know that just out of curiosity? Because i talked to one of the advisors today and they told me that not everyone got in last year off the waitlist
