  5. I actually had a Big mistake like this happen to me yesterday. I am a new nurse , 2months and you're description was EXACTLY how I am feeling. I feel soooo bad and Idk if I can face everyone tomorrow. The patient is OK, just to monitor q shift x 72h, but I feel so stupid... How did you deal afterwards? Signed stressed to the MAX new nurse.
  6. Thanks, for the information. I have orientation on April 15th. That's great to hear, I really didn't want to have to take that test again. See you in class!! Chriss
  7. Yes, if you haven't taken it already. Do the Saunders and Kaplan test only. I used the online material, so that I could access the books from phone and I passed with just using the books. Hope this helps? Chriss
  8. Sorry guys, but right after I passed Nclex I got a job literally 3 days later, so I've been busy. Well, congrats to all who took the test and passed! Hard work, really do pay off! They type of SATA question were really easy. I mean, if you can answer Saunder's and Kaplan questions, you're sure to pass. I was a ltttle shocked at how easy the questions were, but any who, don't worry too much , you all will do well and be fine! Hey, I just got my acceptance letter for SPC LPN-RN summer program. Happy and scared all at the same time... Again, sorry for the wait guys.... Chriss
  9. Hello Everyone! I just got accepted into SPC's LPN-RN Summer program, and I want to know, do we take the Teas Test? I had to take it for LPN school, but do we take it again? Also, can you work while in the program, if all you have to do is straight nursing , no pre-reqs?... Thanks, Chriss
  10. Hey you... I actually passed! I got the good pop up 5 mins after I took the test. My test ended at 85 questions. I felt like this couldn't possibly be the test because it was a bit to easy??? I had so many SATA questions with priority questions. I had NO calculation, and maybe 5 total drug queations, which by the way was VERY simple. The Kaplan PN Nclex Prep and Saunders Nclex Prep questions was way harder than the actual test. Since taking the test Friday, I have checked my pop up over 20 times...LOL. I am just waiting on my results... Thanks for asking! Crystal B
  11. Hello Everyone, I am new this site and I wanted to know if anyone has taken the new Nclex 2014-2015 state board test? I am freaking out because, I am so nervous that I will not pass, but I have been studying since I graduated in Nov of 2014. My test date is for next Friday, Jan 16, and I am beyond freaking out. I know that I know the material, but what did any of you do to calm your nerves? I have been using Kaplan's strategies, practice, and review book. I must say, that they strategies aren't really helping me. I understand how to answer the question, but I cannot say that it has really help me. I also am using Saunder's Nclex- Pn examination book. I use the online more than the actual book, and some other online sites. What I am trying to say is, if there is anyone who has taken the test recently, can you please give me some indication as to what is on the test? I'm not in contact with any of my former classmates, so any information would be helpful. I thank you in advance, Crystal B
