  1. I'm pretty sure if it's mentioned at orientation more people will join..it's an easy way to communicate with each other..and I totally agree..we'll definitely need to support each other and have a plethora of study group sessions lol..have you finished the readings yet?
  2. Hey! Thanks for posting this. I am in that cohort and have been looking for others who will be attending. Nice to meet you! What is the name of the group on Facebook?
  3. I'm in the day/accelerated program.
  4. I started the program in the spring but ran into a financial aid issue, so I had to drop and now I'm restarting in the fall. I've only done 1 of the MSN bridge courses.
  5. Yeah me too!! Are you in the accelerated program?
  6. Hi, My case is a little different because I started our as an ASU CEP student and changed right before my 1st class started at ASU. So I can't answer the the time frame question, but I do know that the classes are only 5 weeks long and you choose when you want to take them. --------------- is really great with communicating with her students and my first GCU class went very well.
  7. I just got accepted to ASU/GATEWAY. I have a 3.0 gpa. My hesi score is 87% for English and 100% for math. I also retook BIO 201 and they accepted the higher grade when calculating the GPA. So you shouldn't get discouraged if you want to try for ASU. It was my #2 choice since NAU is cheaper, but I'm just happy to be getting started on this highly anticipated journey. Good luck to everyone
  8. I couldn't agree with you more. I spent so long trying to figure out a way to afford Brookline College because at the time they were offering a free Masters of nursing degree and it sounded like such a sweet deal. But I just couldn't find a way to afford 40k..i just gave up and pursued the CC route and was wondering this whole time why I never thought of it in the first place...
  9. Ok. I just sent you a message. Hopefully I did it correctly.
  10. @rachaelofcourse I'll be attending GWCC if you want to add me/me add you! ?😊
  11. I just got accepted into Gateway/ASU. Congrats to everyone and I hope the ones who haven't heard back yet get their acceptance soon!!!
  12. The difference for NAU's fast track program is the Gerontology class we would take through NAU for block 2 is moved and would be taken before we start block 1 along with NUR 330. NUR 424 is moved to block 2. And the 2 classes you would take after block 4 you would take during block 4. Long explanation lol. But basically you just get an extra class before block 1 and an extra class during block 4. If you look at the NAU brochure, it breaks down for you.
  13. I applied NAU/Gateway traditional. ..is anyone going to do NAU's fast track program?
  14. June 19th sounds so far away at least we know the date we'll be hearing decisions. I also didn't realize how much of a difference tuition was at NAU compared to ASU & UIU no wonder it's so popular. I ended up changing NAU to my first choice
  15. What time do you think will be the best time to go in to apply? I know they said the mornings are pretty slammed pack. So excited that we finally get to apply for our future careers!!!
