  1. So happy you said something. I heard there was only 2 of us as well :) Lets get in touch! So excited!!! How can I contact you?
  2. My guess is that you're probably good as long as the 4 are complete. I was in a similar position. Just bug the person who is taking forever :)
  3. It's a shame that it took so long for both of us. Good news came from this awful situation though...I was offered a position at an amazing hospital...truly my dream job. Luckily my license posted late because I would have accepted a different offer. "Iam4Jesus" thanks for coming back and posting. Hopefully our comments help someone waiting for their results. BRN needs to step up their game. It's not fair that some have to wait 3-4 weeks, while others get their results within 48 hours. Oh well. Take care and God Bless!
  4. Gonda is in Westwood. Good luck everyone!!!
  5. Thanks! I got an email this morning from the unit director. Also, I got my RN license last week...took 3 weeks to get my results. So "needlicense" is no more :)
  6. I was offered a full-time job at UCLA today!!! The position is for GONDA tele. Good luck to everyone!!! Life is good!!!
  7. Not yet...for me at least. I was told that we will most likely hear something next week. Good luck!
  8. After almost 3 long weeks of waiting I finally found out today that I passed the NCLEX and i'm officially a Registered Nurse! I appreciate all the support and input I got from this message thread. I went through a little mini depression because I thought I had failed at 75 questions, and I also lost a job opportunity at Kaiser because my license wasn't posted in time (I have to wait until May now). All that is behind me now and I can finally get on with my life and start preparing for the future. I also want to say that the Pearson Vue good pop-up was accurate for me. For those of you out there who have been waiting for their NCLEX results for a long time I just want to say sit tight. If you got the good pop-up all you can do is wait...and check...and wait...and check. Once you see your name posted it's the best feeling in the world. Good luck to everyone and don't give up. I'll let you guys know if I get the amazing job (should find out next week). Thanks again for all your support.
  9. Really!? Now that you got your letter saying you passed does your name show up on "breeze" or another licensing verification website? Did you test in CA? Thanks!
  10. Just an update...this is day 15 of waiting to get NCLEX results. Took NCLEX in CA on 12/15 and continue to get the good Pearson pop-up. Wish me luck.
  11. Hey "nakimsan" I was hoping you could answer a couple quick questions. Did you take your exam in CA? Also, did your name show up on a license verification website before you got your letter saying you passed? Congratulations!
  12. Just called the Dept of Consumer Affairs twice (talked to different people) to see if anyone could help me. Unfortunately, both guys told me I need to call the CA BRN :/ If anyone has a direct number or can let me know who I should call please let me know!
  13. Wow!!! Congratulations!!! I'm calling first thing Monday morning!!!
  14. I'm going through something similar. I took my test on 12/15, but the BRN didn't say anything about processing my transcripts. Almost all of my classmates also received their results within a few days. Like you I was in a similar situation regarding a job...except I actually lost my opportunity because of the slow CA BRN. I also get the good pop-up through Pearson, but I still don't know if I for-sure passed and there is nothing I can do about it...very frustrating. At least tell me if I passed or not, right!? Hang in there.
  15. Congratulations Ozzy84 on getting into a residency program. You're lucky they're willing to take you w/o a license. In California it's a requirement (at most hospitals) that you have your license before you can even apply. I really wish CA at least had quick results; it's an easy way for them to make a little extra money. Good luck in the program. For anyone keeping track...this is Day 11 of the waiting game.
