  1. I was assigned to St. Joseph's on Wednesdays.
  2. Congrats to you both! Yes, Carvernation alternate is definitely better than a denial. I would guess that if someone either does not turn in there acceptance letter or attend orientation etc. they will start to contact the alternates. I will be turning in my acceptance letter on Tuesday and am hoping to knock out the background check that day too. This is so exciting! :)
  3. Congratulations! I got mine too! I was shocked it came this early! From what I read I think you just go there during the hours printed on the background information sheet and bring a $50 check or money order.
  4. One of the current students in the program posted on another thread and said that class is two days a week for 3 hrs plus one 10 hour clinical. He didn't really get into times and I'm not sure that we have an option for times with the transition program. He also mentioned that we will have required community service and sim/lab hours each semester but I'm not sure how many of these we are expected to complete each semester.
  5. Thank you for that information! I'm pretty new to this site so I wasn't sure how to inbox you. I think I may need to add you as a friend first?? I don't know. At any rate, I was just wondering how many community service and sim/lab hourse you are expected to do each semester? Congrats on almost being done with the program! I'm ready to get started!
  6. Me too! It seems like it has taken me forever to get to this point lol. What's a few more months of waiting??
  7. I've had the same problem with nobody replying to the thread I started for Summer 2015 transition program. I just turned in my application last week. I think we have the same deadline as the fall traditional class. I'm sure people will eventually start to post. Maybe everybody is just busy with the holidays :).
  8. Hi there! I see that there are many threads for past application periods for Hillsborough Community College but I haven't seen one yet for the Summer of 2015. I wanted to start a thread for those of us who are applying for the Summer 2015 transition program. I just turned in my application this past week. The deadline is January 15, 2015 and they say it can take 12-15 weeks to find out if we are accepted which means a LONG wait . Best of luck to everyone applying and I look forward to getting to know some of you during this waiting game! Hope to talk to you soon!
  9. Hi there! I see that this post is from April and nobody has replied . I don't really have information about the program other than what can be found on the HCC website, but I just turned in my application for the Summer 2015 transition program this past week. Now the waiting game begins... Did you turn in your application yet?
