I have been recieving this type of email coming out of some Euro recruitment agency too. I never even bother to follow up because I think it is fraudulent. We are going through the most unscrupulous times our generation has ever seen in the world of business. Once you send them your money they have no obligations to meet your expectations. They are overseas and inaccessable to you. Remember they are not your potential employers, they are just a 'third party' who can offer no guarantees. These people will take your money and keep you hanging and hoping. They will keep making excuses as to why you are not hired and then tell you it is not their fault. You will never get back your money. If you are ever going to pay for a job, let them first get the job for you and then take payment from your earnings. Protect yourself. whenever recruitment companies don't do things this way, it is usually because they don't need you nor your services, they need your money. They are not selling you a tangible service, they are selling you hope. I am talking from experience. Buying hope of employment is totally worthless to you.
