I heard it's basically the same as the sixth edition , my 6h edition had no cd I had to use a link found in the book , but yes it was very helpful..

You have to do what makes u feel comfortable but I read a lot if good from Sainders I had the 6 th edition but the 5th will do and I rented it for 15 dollars . it has great content and I backed it up with the notes and Saunders online quizzes

Yes I did finally and I just got my physical license yesterday

Don't be discouraged keep up the studying and take it doin don't wait too long so u won't lose ur base knowledge

Everyone is different I tried the Ati and even did te virtual course, me personally I didn't like it .. I needed something to shape to me on what I needed and Saunders test question that are linked in a nee book did that for me... Each time u take it u need to add more and try to do something different .

I was really worried about the Sata too and I got about 80 to 100 priority everything was priority and just 15 Sata ... I thought I failed .... Prio

I agree with the last post , pay the 8 bucks, I took took the test day before thanksgiving and I waited to do the trick until a day after so I could have some fun. I didn't know about the new trick so I did the old one and failed as I thought and then I checked the nursing board website on dec 2nd and there was my name with a RN license, so please do the quick results as the trick may trick u..

I wouldn't go past 3 months to take it again but if u can get the studying in I would do it in 45 days to 70 days only if u can dedicate at least 6,hrs a day for st least 2 weeks straight

You can do it don't give up add something new and study like it's a job I also tested my knowledge with the Saunders online quizzes which was great I would sit on the couch doing questions only iPad .. Thst really helped as I had problems with select all that apply and I was doing 150 of those a day

I used The 97 page notes snd 35 page notes I like those because it condensed everything but I did Saunders first for my 3rd time , previously I did the Kaplan book and Ati but I needed more content

To add to my message I would take too long because I think u can start to lose content . The third time I studied 7 to 9 hrs a day like a job... I study for an hour then break and so forth
