Does anyone have an idea of when the selection process will be completed? Will there be an application status update on may first or will it be earlier than stated in the application?

Chris890,I can see why you are frustrated but be positive. You have other applications and you have a job. Not many people can do well enough in their science courses to make it to this point. So be proud of that but keep your head up. We are all going to hit some huddles as nurses so we got to have tough skin. Good luck with your apps.

I just got my acceptance letter today. I am sending my deposit tomorrow. I am still waiting on 3 more letters from other schools. I thank god I have gotten in to Bhsn but southern accelerated program makes more sense for me. I hope i can free up a spot for someone in the future. Good luck to everyone else who is waiting.

I have not gotten mine yet. I was not around this weekend however. I will check tonight. This weatherhas slowed down this process.I hope it gets better soon

I meant gateway. I live in between Norwalk cc and gateway cc. I hope to get into somewhere. Yeah, april or may the decisions will be made. I am glad I am busy with a and p 2 and microbio. Otherwise I would be going crazy

Chrisd890 I would not worry too much. Bhsn admin office seems to get overwhelmed and are not consistent on updating accounts. I read in the other threads of people being accepted and their status didn't even change from under review. On a side note, you are in a great position because you are working in the field especially a hospital. Getting a job once we are rn is probably as hard as getting into a program. I have no letter yet. We will see this weekend..

Hi,My application went under review as of 12/10/2014. It was set to decision letter sent today. I live in bridgeport so I hope this letter comes soon. Btw does anyone have any info about the university of Bridgeport partnering with bridgeport hospitals nursing program?...I am wondering if it will just be one more additional year or another two.

Hi,My status changed today to decision letter sent. Also, other items were added to my checklist like CPR and mal practice insurance. I will look out for the letter this week.

Hi,I am applying to my stats are below:A and p 1: A- Every other required course: A 3.4 gpa I think. I stopped paying attention to that after my first bachelor degree in IT. Teas: 84% I did not take them at Ncc so I don't know my percentile. I live in ct but I am trying to see if I can get into the evening program. Hello,I am also applying to the ct ccnp program. I applied to Ncc and gcc as my second choice. I am a second degree hopeful. I did computer science and I am currently working in IT but needed a change of pace. My stats are A&P I -ATeas 84%Nursing gpa 4.0(if based on the other require courses)I was not able to take a&PII in the fall so I am taking it this spring with microbio. I also applied to scsu ace program, Bridgeport hospital, and nassua community college in long island. Good luck to everyone.
