I just just had a physical in the last few months so I will try to get them the paper to fill out this week. And I don't know if I will need any immunizations... How does one do a drug test online? Lol. Why did the company charge for it if we just need to submit documentation from our doctor?

Im having such a hard time! is it all done online or via the mail? Once I get onto that website theres no option to choose "student instructions for NVCC"....

I know of at least 5 people from my a&p2 class that got in! I was surprised with the amount that got in al from just our small class. I took the 11am course as well. I'm so excited!!

Hi!! I've been accepted as well. I had started a thread before acceptance for the applicants.

I GOT IN TO NVCC!!! YAYYY!! happy dance! I found out right after an exam, so I ran to a computer lab to check and I nearly pooped in suspense... lol I was soo excited I could have tap danced through the rest of the day 5 people from my AP2 class got in, and two girls had TEAS V scores in the low-mid 60's, so i don't know if they got in by lottery? But everyone I've met that got in has been very friendly and I cant wait to start with all of you NV'ers! It should be a great group! Of course I planned a vaca with the kids for may 20-27, and mandatory freshman orientation is on the 27th!! Ahh! Had to move my flights around a bit, but I still will be late to the meeting. For anyone waitlisted, I'm sorry you're disappointed, it stinks... But, don't let anything stop you, definitely dont let this cause you to give up.. Maybe this is a chance to go directly to BSN instead! Congratulations!

Soo freak out mode has officially set it.. I had a dream about an acceptance letter last night . Lol we need to hear back soon!! I know it's all done over commnet now but does anyone know specifically where? Is it just in the student email?

Which professor did you choose? I registered for ***** the evening session as well.

I was under the impression we should know officially sometime in April.. Anyone else have any input on this?

Yes everyone who posted seems to have a great shot at getting in! Does anyone know the date we should hear if we got in or was waitlisted? I feel like April is soo far away! Murse203- do you mean northwestern and gateway? They are both at opposite ends of the state, is your home closer to northwestern?

Hello, I've seen similar threads for previous years applicants. It would be fun to get to know some of the other applicants and be able I share info and cheer each other on. I'll start, i applied to NVCC and chose capital as my second choice school. I got an 84.7% on my TEAS V, an A in A&P1, and my nursing gpa is a 3.7(ish) I believe. I am taking A&P2 this spring, and have to jam micro into the summer.. But I'm super excited!
