  1. I would definitely retake it if you don't have anything to lose by doing so. Some schools have a specific requirement on how long you have to wait between retakes, but as far as ATI is concerned you can retake it anytime. I took it 3 weeks ago and got an individual adjusted score of 85.3%, which I know isn't a terrible score by any means, but the program I am applying to is fairly competitive and I need all the points I can get as a transfer student. I retook it this morning and got a 92.7%. I think just taking all the practice tests you can get your hands on helps identify your weak areas, and then you can focus on them. Towards the last couple days of studying, I wasn't even bothering with the areas I knew I was strong in, it was a waste of time at that point. I would suggest the ATI Study Manual and online tests, the ATI Test Crash Course ONLY For Math and Grammar (I wasn't too impressed with the science portion) and the McGraw Hill, which were mostly relevant, but good test taking practice nonetheless. I think McGraw Hill covered a bit that wasn't on either TEAS I took, not to say it couldn't show up though as one obscure question. The ATI Crash Course has an online practice test you can take too, it was pretty challenging, more so than the actual TEAS I think. I would stay away from Barron's, I actually returned mine the next day. Good luck!
  2. The Barron's was in my opinion such a waste of time, I returned it the next day to Barnes and Noble's. I was only halfway through the first section when I realized it was irrelevant and had errors in it. I had previously taken the TEAS V and I was trying to retake it when I purchased it. The ATI Crash Course was helpful for both the Math and the English/Grammar, however the most comprehensive was the ATI study manual and online tests, of which I took all 4 twice. The McGraw Hill, I did use, and took 3 out of the 5 and it helped too, it was just good test taking practice as it didn't explain the material in very much depth at all. There were plenty of earth science practice questions in some of the books, but none that I recall specifically on the TEAS. Good luck if you haven't already taken it by now!
  3. They had their CCNE inspection two days ago per their website. Now it is just a matter of waiting to hear if they passed!
