  1. Hi! So what is the purpose of the form then or documenting? Is it just to document that you've notified the right people and consequences will rest with the employer? That's the jist I got from looking up the form: https://www.nationalnursesunited.org/sites/default/files/nnu/files/pdf/va/NNU_ADO-Revised_10-27-14.pdf
  2. Can nurses that aren't part of a union use a Assignment Despite Objection (ADO) form in a SNF/Sub-Acute facility in the state of California? This facility seems very unsafe to work in and some nurses are worried that they are at risk for losing their license and causing harm to patients. Are there any means of protection?

Did you have any earth science questions on the TEAS? I have read some mixed responses on here. The majority have said that there were a couple, but those posts were a few years ago. There aren't any earth science questions in the ATI Study Manual and tests.
  4. Hi, Has anyone taken the TEAS V test recently? I heard that there were some earth science questions a few years back, but I am not sure if there have been any recently. There isn't anything about earth science in the ATI Study Manual nor in the practice tests. Also is the Barron's TEAS V Study Manual a good source to use? Any help would be wonderful!!
