its my first time to hear the term agency nursing, how does it work? does it mean that an RN is not permanently employed?

some countries retirement age is at 60. Some nurses at 60 is when they are active with more knowledge and experience, what can be done to them to keep rendering their service beside being retired?

How would one get a genuine RN recruiting Agent. Mine has put me on hold for 2years. I have American license, NVC priority date is current, Visa screen current but no help, any advice ?
