@flexis: I am nervous about meeting everyone too... I am super self-conscious about being with kids 10 years younger than me and feeling out of the loop on what is hip when I was taking pre-reqs I tried to blend in as much as possible and still got called "ma'am." Bah! @Pray247, totally sending vibes your way! I hope you guys find out soon at least for peace of mind

@ Kankan, you should take a look at the FB group for accepted students--someone talked to an adviser last week and to the best of my recollection they had not settled on a date for the state of our semester. Hoping it starts later than sooner so I can save more...ack!

PMHNP. I honestly felt like I couldn't celebrate before since only so few of us found out. Now I feel better!

@asap0416: what is your specialty? Happy for everyone! Did anyone get their acceptance fee waived? I am still trying to make sense of why some of us found out earlier. We still do not know,

Has anyone heard of people switching specialties during the program? I heard it's possible if someone realizes they made the wrong decision and space opens up in another program (due to dropping out, or not passing classes, life, etc.). I wonder if having the 2 specialty preferences that was introduced this year will change that. I am excited for my program, but I am sooo nervous as well!

I keep seeing other "guests" on this thread--are any of you accepted students? PM me
