  1. thank you for you advice . I quite I did like 7 admission which I did not get pay for , discharge paper did not get paid; she only paid for the visit $ 20 and start plan of care $ 25 . She claimed patients are Medicaid and she does not get paid for admission or discharge. Well she paid me for 2 weeks of work 1200 . I took my check and run .
  2. hello , I live in florida. I' m a new grad. I got this job in home health agency I have one week working there. let me explain my first patient was a girl who needed iv antibiotic q 8 hours for 7 days I went to their house 7 am, 3 pm and 11 pm , plus weekend and wound care. those are 14 visits. Second patient iv antibiotic by picc line wound care and shot 5 visit q day. third patient wound care shot 4 visit. I have 3 admission , 3 start plan of care. she told me today my payment was going to be 650 dollars. I drive around all day , they don't pay anything extra for me. I m going to quit . I work in Miami , they give you the excuse the patient is Medicaid. Does you supposed to be pay for admission and plus the visit , what about working night and weekend they supposed to pay more. She was to pay me 20 a visit and 25 dollars for plan of care that all nothing else.
  3. No question about it go to another state!!
  4. You need to find out if they have the correct address because you should receive the cpr to guide you .
  5. Just be positive there is still hope.
  6. Don't worry too much the difference by 1 or 2, they will give either really high or low.
  7. I took nclex 2times and that helped a lot , I got 77 questions and passed. Also there is a book for sata only .
  8. I think now you need know how to answer nclex styles questions. No matter how.much you need it is going to come down to those 2 answers and choosing the best answer it is what is going to help you passed . I think you should look for videos or book that help you break down how to answer questions.
  9. When I took mine test the second time , and I just got off the test. The lady that screen you palm told me , I got a good feeling about this one. When I came home tricks , and found out I passed.
  10. I have a friend who took the test the 2nd in Texas, and she just did the transfer to Florida.
  11. Next time you are taking nclex don't tell anyone. I passed nclex in ny second attempt . What I did I used two resources for content Saunders and Hurst , I also used the 35 pages that is around here only to study my infections control only.. you.also have to learn strategies and for clues in the answer to eliminate the wrong first , then narrowed to the two answers..
  12. I think you are using too much resources. I took the test 2nd time , and I only used Saunders first and then Hurst for content, after I studied content I did questions on Kaplan . Too much resources will get you confused, that is what I did the first time and failed. Make a plan to read so much time or chapter at day and then do questions .
  13. Use strategies to answer the questions, key words like always, only, have, must,I don't like when I saw it in my answer , so I eliminated them and narrow to two answer this will make you like much better.
  14. I had the same problem too. What I did I read it every day . I took two hours every day I went through that. Eventually you will get it.
  15. 3,5 because this are the s/s of hypothyroidism. If the medication was adequate we would have seen tachycardia, increasing bp, and increase temperature.
