  1. Hi, I have a question regarding NCLEX Rx exam. I graduated in 2011 and took the exam that year and failed, my brother was in the hospital after a traumatic injury and felt my mind was not focused on my exam. I was devastated and could not get over the fact that I had failed and I put it off until this year, unfortunately I have taken the exam 3 times and failed. The results are "near the passing standard" but not above. In the state of Texas, time limit expires 4 years after graduation and you cannot retake NCLEX 120 days from date of eligibility. I am asking for advise as to whether I may apply to retake NCLEX in another state since Texas will not allow me to retest this year due to it's expiration eligibility. Any advise is appreciated....thanks
