Here's what it says in one of the documents. If we did not get the flu shot for this year, we have to get it by October 15. For now, we upload a missing document file. Annual - Flu shot: (what is acceptable)  Post proof if you had it this year; or  Use a declination of flu vaccine only if you are truly allergic or have another solid medical reason.  Proof from your doctor is mandatory.  Information for incoming fall students only: use a missing document form if you didn't get one earlier this year and then get it next mid-Autumn term (October 15).

I'm not sure what my points were but I had about a 3.8 in pre requisite GPA and overall and 88.7 on teas, and over 100 healthcare hours

I received an email and then I checked my application status. It went from pending to admitted and it now asks me to send in transcripts and pay the intent to enroll fee.

Just got my acceptance today but will not be attending.

The CAPSTONE ones. I am not 100% sure, but I heard from other students/people that we had to take one or two higher general ed classes.

If the schedule is given to us, does that mean we do not have to sign up for classes except for the other general Ed at SOAR?

Anyone planning to take pharmacology or pathophysiology before the program starts?

I too only took gen chem at a community college. I'm sure it is just either general or inorganic or organic or integrated. Why would they have the option of taking three chem classes (gen,inorganic, o) vs taking one chem class (integrated) that would fulfill the requirement.

Was it for nursing major? I know people who got denied but for a different major.

I noticed that fall 2016 is the first time ever that they add a maximum score of 2 points from the interview and 1 point for military. So the total is out of 13 points.

Based on past forums that I have read on allnurses, you watch a video and write something about it and also there is a partner activity that involves giving directions. It's not like a job interview but more like a communication activity. Hope that helps!

For those of you that mailed in your application, did you get a confirmation that it has been received or a receipt of some sort?

Hey everyone I just got an email about the communication exercise so check your emails.

I applied with 9.64 points. People from last year got notifications of interviews on Feb 26th for fall 2015. I was hoping we would today as well but looks like no one has gotten one. Hopefully on Monday or asap we will know.

Fall 2015 had the highest stats so far. I hope fall 2016 will not be even higher. I was looking at the forum for fall 2015 and people got an invitation for an interview around February 26th. That is next week so hopefully we will be hearing from the school soon!!!!!!!

How did you calculate your points and how much is each optional item worth?

If you took 2 different chem classes, will the one with the higher grade be used? Both meet the requirement. I know they take the higher grade for the general ed classes. Hopefully there are not a lot of guaranteed admissions this year.

Thanks for the info! I submitted my supplemental application, but put the wrong teas score (I put the adjusted individual scores for each section instead of the national score). Also, I did not mark it to use it as points. Do you think I can just send in a copy of my teas score even though it does not match the supplemental application?

Did anyone ever have a hard time contacting the school of nursing by phone or email? I call them every day but no one picks up and I have sent them numerous emails with no replies back.

I got it too! Does anyone know when the TEAS and health work verification is due for transfer applicants? All I can find are the dates for continuing students.

I have but will be retaking it again on Jan 22.

I emailed them about that on Jan 5th and the person replied saying "Hello, The supplemental application has not become available. Once it does it will be located in your WebPortal and will be due on January 25, 2016. I would recommend that you continue to monitor your WebPortal.
