  1. The financial aid process was rather simple. Since the government is the only lender for student loans its pretty much one stop shopping. You don't have to retake your transfer courses. The only courses they won't accept for transfer are the nursing courses. I only have one on campus class this semester. The other two are online.
  2. I honestly don't know right now. They haven't told me yet what classes they will even be offering in the spring. Let me know if you apply.
  3. I will be starting at Chamberlain's Charlotte location in January. I will finish all of my transferable courses at a local community college this semester. I was initially accepted to the Jacksonville FL location but recently found out that Charlotte was opening their doors for students in January. This is a lot better for me as my home is only 2.5 hrs away. I was just wondering if there was anyone here who is planning on attending that location for their BSN?
  4. I guess the biggest question is why did you choose to leave? I would like to hear about your experience involving where you were stationed. I am currently in school and I plan to submit my package for the NCP program when it opens up in July.
  5. I have been accepted to the Jacksonville location and will start January 2016 after completing all my transfer courses. Im taking 17 credit hours each semester but will only be able to take 13 this fall because there are a few courses that Chamberlain wont accept due to differing credit hours. Is there another school I may be able to get those credits online. I could do one more course in the fall.
  6. You have to be commissioned by 42.
  7. How are the classes going for you Mercedes? I looked you up on Facebook and seen that you were from NC. I live about an hour from Fayetteville and I am thinking of attending the Chamberlain Jacksonville campus probably starting the summer of 2015.
  8. I seen where you have USN as your occupation. Are you active duty? I was in years ago and I am planning on going to Chamberlain for a BSN then take a commission in the USN.
  9. How did the rest of your experience at Chamberlain go?
  10. Where do you think male RN's are more likely to be accepted at?
  11. This thread in the beginning almost made me want to stop school. I am glad I kept reading.
  12. That's my plan...Join the Navy.
  13. From what I am seeing the pay goes up in higher COL areas and with increased population.
  14. I have signed up for the spring semester and have decided to take A&PII, Pharmacology, Pre-Calc Algebra, and Philosophy (into to ethics).
  15. I signed up for A&PII and Pharmacology in the same semester....wondering if it will be too much as well.
